The production plant, just outside the city of Palermo, covers an area of 37,334 m2.
It was built in the early 80s and has been constantly renewed with the most advanced technologies, respecting the HACCP standards and today also BRC certifed. This results in an effective control of the production process, guaranteeing food safety, respecting the most stringent European legislations.
With 44,000 m³ of cold rooms at -18°C, the company assures the best storage condition for the citrus fruit juices, maintaining the organoleptic qualities of the products during the whole shelf life period.

Evaporation and Ultrafiltration
The juices, obtained from fruit pressing, are immediately pasteurised and then depulped to obtain cloudy juices, or ultrafiltrated to obtain clear juices.

Equipped with modern quality control systems, this department allows us to blend different concentrated and natural juices, achieving an accuracy of the production lots that respond to customer specifications and standardising deliveries throughout the year.
