Citrus Academy Corleone: a skills development project for innovation co-funded by the European Union
Continuous training is one of the most important tools for addressing the challenges of an ever-evolving market. With this vision, the project promoted by Citrus Academy Corleone was created within the framework of the New Skills Fund – Skills for Innovation (FNC3) and co-funded by the European Union.
The aim is to provide practical tools to better address ecological and digital transitions and contribute to the company’s competitive development.
The New Skills Fund – Skills for Innovation
The New Skills Fund is a strategic initiative of the National Programme Youth, Women and Work 2021–2027, co-funded by the European Union.
The measure allows companies to reorganize part of working hours by allocating them to training activities, with reimbursement of costs related to training hours, including employees’ salaries and social security contributions.
This tool represents concrete support for companies that choose to invest in human capital as a driver of innovation and growth.
