Juices are extracted by 2 methods: In-Line extractors and Pelatrice + Policitrus plants, then pasteurised, de-pulped and concentrated under vacuum in order to obtain products with the most desirable levels of cloud and stability.
Clarified juices are produced on our ultra-filtration plant and are concentrated under vacuum at very low temperatures.
Growing demand for NFC (Not From Concentrate) juices has prompted Agrumaria Corleone to install a system of production specially adapted to the particular quality requirements of this new market.
